Maintenance of various parts of CNC bending machine

        Before the machine tool maintenance or cleaning of the CNC bending machine, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and shut down until the work is completed. If you need to start or perform other operations, select the manual mode and ensure safety. The maintenance content is as follows:

　　1, hydraulic circuit

　   　 (1) Check the oil level of the oil tank of the CNC bending machine every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, hyd raulic oil should be added.

　   　 (2) The oil of the new CNC bending machine should be changed after 2000 hours of work, and the oil should be changed after every 4000-6000 hours of work thereafter, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed.

　       (3) The oil temperature of the system should be between 35℃-60℃ and not exceed 70℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of the oil quality and accessories.

　　2, filter

　  　 (1) The filter of the CNC bending machine should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed.

　  　 (2) The machine tool has related alarms or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil, and should be replaced.

　      (3) The air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and it is recommended to replace it in 1 year.

　　3, hydraulic parts

　  　(1) Clean the hydraulic components, substrates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc. of the CNC bending machine every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and cleaning agents cannot be used.

        (2) After using the new CNC bending machine for one month, check whether the bending of each tubing is deformed. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, all fittings should be tightened. When doing this work It should be shut down and the system has no pressure.
