Solutions to common failures of shears

1 When the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the motor cannot be started.　

   Solution: lack of power phase or virtual connection of main control line. Check and repair the power and control wires and the main stop button.

2 The board skin is thin and thick. The knife is high or low, the knife seam is inconsistent with the knife feed wheel, and the wood is on the yin and yang side.

　Solution: Adjust the height of the knife by referring to the knife adjustment chart, adjust the knife seam and hanging wheel, and replace the wood.

3 Automatically feed in during normal rotary cutting, and stop at every time.

   Solution: (1) Virtual connection of the feed circuit; (2) The electromagnetic clutch plate is slipping and the knife is too high. (1) Check whether the feed line is imaginary connected; (2) Clean the clutch plate with gasoline or diesel, and adjust the knife height.

4 The skin is thick in the front and thin in the back. The knife is low and the knife seam is too small.

   Solution: Refer to the knife adjustment diagram to adjust the knife height and knife seam.

5 The tool does not automatically retract when it hits the back travel switch.

   Solution: The travel switch and the tool retraction control circuit are open. Replace the travel switch and repair the circuit.

6 When the tool is automatically retracted, the travel switch does not stop after a collision, and the main stop button does not work.

   Solution: The sintering point of the retracted tool does not loosen. Grind the contacts and replace with new contactors.

7 The thickness of the cross section of the slab is uneven. The blade is not straight, and the size of the slit is inconsistent.

   Solution: sharpen the knife again and adjust the knife gap.

8 The board cannot be connected. The knife is too high or too low, and the knife seam is not well matched with the knife feed wheel.

   Solution: Adjust the height of the knife, the hanging wheel of the knife seam and the knife feed, and replace the wood.

9 Fry the shaft when the thin wooden shaft. The knife is high and the feed pressure is high.

   Solution: Lower the knife, adjust the change wheel, and sew the knife.

10 The fine wood shaft turns and stops when it rotates. The feed pressure is large and the knife seam is large.

    Solution: Adjust the knife height and knife seam.

11 The thin wooden shaft is a square shaft, the knife is high, the knife seam is large or the knife is low.

   Solution: Adjust the knife height and knife seam.

12 The thickness of the two ends of the wooden shaft is inconsistent. The knife seam is large on one side and small on the other, and the distance between the knife table and the two ends of the double roller is inconsistent.

   Solution: Adjust the knife seam, loosen the screw of the knife table, adjust the distance between the knife table and the two ends of the double roller to be the same, and then pull out the spline sleeve of the back load, so that the curve plate is close to the knife table shaft and installed. Press the knife and screw tightly.

13 The board skin is uneven. The blade is not straight, and the single and double rollers are not straight.

   Solution: sharpen the knife and correct the straightness of the single and double rollers.

14 The surface of the board is not smooth and the knife is not sharp.

  Solution: Sharpen the knife.

15 Automatically does not feed.

  Reasons: (1) the feed circuit is open; (2) the transformer is damaged; (3) the rectifier block is damaged; (4) the fuse is open; (5) the electromagnetic clutch is open.

  Solution: (1) Check and repair the feed line; (2) Check the upper live wire 380V, the lower live wire 24-26V is normal, and should be repaired and replaced if it is abnormal; (3) Replace; (4) Replace; (5) Check and repair .
