Usage of plate shears

      Adjust the clearance of the blade according to the thickness of the sheared material; Adjust the profiling or fixture according to the width of the sheared material; Make 1-3 empty strokes before the operation of the plate shear, and the shearing can be carried out only after it is normal. In case of abnormal operation of the machine during use, immediately cut off the power supply and stop the machine for inspection. When adjusting the machine tool, the power supply must be cut off. When moving the workpiece, pay attention to the safety of hands. All parts of the shearing machine shall be lubricated frequently. The operator shall fill the lubricating oil once in each shift, and the mechanic shall fill the lubricating oil for the rolling bearing once every half a year.

      Plate shears are machines that use one blade to make reciprocating linear motion relative to another blade to cut plates. Through the moving upper blade and fixed lower blade, a reasonable blade gap is adopted to apply shear force to metal plates of various thicknesses, so as to break and separate the plates according to the required size.
