1、 Working principle of plate shears

      After shearing, the plate shear shall be able to ensure the straightness and parallelism of the shearing surface of the plate to be sheared, and minimize the plate distortion, so as to obtain high-quality workpieces. The upper blade of the plate shearing machine is fixed on the tool holder, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. A supporting ball is installed on the worktable so that the plate will not be scratched when sliding on it. The rear stop is used for sheet metal positioning, and the position is adjusted by the motor. The pressing cylinder is used to press the sheet to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing. 2、 Precautions during use

     1. Start the plate shearing machine for idling for several cycles to ensure that under normal conditions, try to shear plates of different thicknesses from thin to thick. Ensure that users are familiar with the performance of the shear.

    2. During shear test, the clearance between different blades must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, the blade durability will be affected.

    3. Turn on the pressure gauge switch during the shearing process of the plate shearing machine and observe the oil circuit pressure value. The pressure during plate shearing shall be less than. The remote pressure regulating valve No9 has a factory pressure setting of 20 -. The user must abide by this regulation. It is not allowed to increase the pressure for shearing over the specified material surface, resulting in damage to the machine.

    4. Sound balance during operation. If the shearing machine has noise, stop the machine for inspection.

    5. During the operation of the plate shear, the oil tank increases, and when the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, shut down and rest.
