      Bending machine mold is a tool used by bending machine to form and process sheet metal. This tool is composed of various parts, and different molds are composed of different parts. 1、 Structure

    Bending machine dies are divided into upper die and lower die of bending machine, which are used for sheet metal stamping and separation. The mold for forming has a cavity, and the mold for separation has a cutting edge.

2、 Material selection

    Generally, it is made of T8, T10, T10A and better 42CrMo. It mainly requires high strength, high toughness and good wear resistance. Cold working die steel is selected. Cr12MoV is a very good material. The service performance can be met, the process performance is good, and the price will be high. 42CrMo is an alloy quenched and tempered steel with high strength, high strength and toughness. It can work below 500 degrees.

3、 Usage specification

     1. Turn on the power supply of the bending machine, turn the key switch, press the oil pump to start, and the bending oil pump starts to rotate. At this time, the machine has not started to work.

    2. For stroke adjustment, commissioning is required when formally starting the bending work with the bending machine die. When the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the bottom, there must be a gap of plate thickness. Otherwise, the die and machine will be damaged. The stroke adjustment also has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.

    3. For the selection of die notch of bending machine, it is generally necessary to select a notch 8 times the width of the plate thickness. If bending 4mm sheet metal, select about 32 notches.

    4. Check the coincidence degree and firmness of the upper and lower dies of the bending machine; Check whether each positioning device meets the processing requirements. Frequently check the coincidence degree of upper and lower molds; Whether the indication of the pressure gauge meets the regulations.

    5. The sheet metal must be compacted during bending to prevent the sheet metal from warping and hurting the operator during bending.

    6. The power supply must be cut off when pressing the die for seasoning, and it shall be carried out after the operation is stopped.

    7. When changing the opening of the lower die of the variable bending machine, no material is allowed to contact the lower die.

    8. It is forbidden to use the bending machine die to fold ultra thick iron plate or quenched steel plate, high-grade alloy steel, square steel and sheet metal exceeding the performance of the sheet metal bending machine, so as to avoid damaging the machine tool.

    9. Close the bending machine, place wooden blocks on the lower die below the oil cylinders on both sides, and lower the upper sliding plate onto the wooden blocks. Exit the control system program first and then cut off the power supply.
