What are the differences between electro-hydraulic servo synchronous CNC bending machine and torsion shaft synchronous CNC bending machine?

1. The structure and principle are different

The design principles of the two models are different, which leads to different structures to ensure synchronization on both sides of the bending slider. The torsion shaft bending machine uses the torsion shaft to link the left and right swing rods to form the torsion shaft to force the synchronous mechanism to move up and down the oil cylinders on both sides, so the torsion shaft synchronous bending machine is a mechanical forced synchronous mode, and the parallelism of the slider can not be automatically checked and adjusted.

The electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine is to install magnetic (optical) grid ruler on the slider and wallboard. The numerical control system can analyze the synchronization of both sides of the slider through the feedback information of the magnetic (optical) grid ruler at any time. If there is error, the numerical control system will adjust through the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve to synchronize the stroke of both sides of the slider. Numerical control system, hydraulic control valve group and magnetic grid ruler constitute the feedback closed-loop control of electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine.

2. The accuracy is different

The parallelism of the slider determines the angle of the workpiece. The torsion shaft synchronous bending machine keeps the slider synchronized mechanically. Without real-time error feedback, the machine itself can not make automatic adjustment. In addition, its eccentric load capacity is poor (the torsion shaft synchronous bending machine forces the synchronous mechanism to move up and down the oil cylinders on both sides through the torsion shaft. If the long-term eccentric load is applied, the torsion shaft will be deformed)

Electro hydraulic synchronous bending machine is a kind of real-time error feedback of magnetic (optical) grating ruler, which is controlled by proportional electro-hydraulic valve group. In case of error, the system adjusts through proportional valve to keep the slider synchronized.

4. Operation

Because there is no control system and no v-axis compensation for the torsion axis synchronous CNC bending machine, when processing according to the drawing, we can only rely on the experience of the old workers to set out and do the test bending first. If they fail to meet the standard, they have to continue to try. This process not only produces waste, but also has a small selection range and high wages when recruiting operators.

     Electro hydraulic synchronous bending machine is controlled by professional CNC system, with v-axis compensation, simple operation and low requirements for workers' experience. It has the function of simulating bending. It doesn't need lofting. It only needs to correct the size of the drawing input step and bend directly.

5. Intensity

Because of its own design, the torsion synchronous bending machine can't bend under unbalanced load. If it bends under unbalanced load for a long time, the torsion shaft will deform.

There is no such problem in the electro-hydraulic synchronous CNC bending machine. The Y1 and Y2 axes on the left and right sides operate independently, so it can be bent under eccentric load.

  The working efficiency of one electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine can be equal to that of two or three torsion shaft synchronous bending machines. Therefore, when customers are hesitant in choosing the model, we should take these as the starting point to increase the added value of electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine and improve its cost performance.
