Safety operation rules of bending machine

(ISO9001-2015/ISO45001-2018)

1、 Check before startup

a) Before starting the machine every day, the operator should check and maintain the machine according to the requirements of "daily maintenance and inspection record of equipment" to ensure that the machine is in normal working condition before starting the machine for production.

b) After daily start-up and before production, the operator shall effectively test the safety device

Whether the double foot switch works sensitively at the same time;

The gap between the upper die and the digital conversion point shall be slightly larger than the finger spacing.

Check whether the electric eye is sensitive, stand the test appliance (height should be greater than 25 mm) on the lower mold, step on the foot switch at the same time, and the upper mold should fall to the digital conversion point and return immediately.

After the above tests, all safety devices are effective before starting production.

2、 Operating procedures

1. Strictly abide by the safety operation regulations of machine tool workers, and wear labor protection articles according to the regulations.

2. Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm, and check whether the operating parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position.

3. Check the coincidence and firmness of the upper and lower dies; Check whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of machining.

4. When the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not at the origin, run the program to return to the origin.

5. After the equipment starts, it idles for 1-2 minutes, and the upper sliding plate moves for 2-3 times in full stroke. If abnormal sound or fault is found, it should be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault, and then it can work after everything is normal.

6. When working, one person shall be responsible for the unified command, so that the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel can cooperate closely, and the bending signal can only be issued when the cooperating personnel are in a safe position.

7. According to the bending sheet thickness, shape and size, adjust the slider stroke and adjust the selection of upper and lower die and bending pressure. When selecting the size of the lower die and checking the bending force of the workpiece, it must be compared with the bending force table on the right side of the machine tool. The working bending force shall not be greater than the nominal force.

8. When adjusting the clearance between the upper and lower dies, the slider must stop at the top dead center. The clearance must be adjusted from large to small. The clearance between the upper and lower dies can be generally about 1 mm larger than the plate thickness. The clearance must be greater than the plate thickness to avoid crushing the die due to no clearance.

9. When more than two people bend, one person shall be designated to step on the brake, and the power supply shall be cut off when leaving the machine tool.

10. No unilateral or single point load work.

11. The sheet must be compacted during bending to prevent the sheet from warping and hurting people during bending.

12. It is not allowed to pile up sundries and measuring tools between the upper and lower molds.

13. The power supply must be cut off when pressing the die for the seasoning material, and it can be carried out after the operation is stopped.

14. The correct choice of bending die, upper and lower die fastening position should be correct, installation of upper and lower die operation to prevent trauma.

15. When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to contact the lower die.

16. When the bending pressure is selected correctly, the bending pressure should be less than 1 / 2 of the maximum pressure.

17. The length of the bending part under the maximum bending pressure shall not be less than 1 / 3 of the length of the worktable.

18. When the machine is working, no one is allowed to stand at the back of the machine.

19. It is strictly forbidden to bend the sheet at one end alone.

20. If the workpiece or die is found out to be out of alignment during operation, the machine shall be stopped for correction. It is strictly forbidden to use hands for correction during operation to prevent hand injury.

21. It is forbidden to fold ultra thick iron plate or quenched steel plate, high-grade alloy steel, square steel and sheet material exceeding the performance of sheet bending machine, so as to avoid damaging the machine tool.

22. Frequently check the coincidence degree of upper and lower dies; Whether the indication of the pressure gauge meets the requirements.

23. Stop the machine immediately in case of any abnormality, check the cause and inform relevant personnel to remove the fault in time.

24. Before shutting down, place wood blocks on the lower die under the oil cylinders on both sides, and lower the upper sliding plate onto the wood blocks.

25. After completion, exit the control system program first, then cut off the power supply and clean up the work site.

3、 Maintenance and maintenance:

Before the maintenance or cleaning of the machine tool, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die, and then the machine should be put down and shut down until the work is finished. If the machine needs to be started or other operations, the mode should be selected in manual mode to ensure safety. The maintenance contents are as follows:

1. Hydraulic oil circuit

a. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

b. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or Mobil dte25;

c. The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and then every 4000-6000 hours, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time;

d. The oil temperature of the system should be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be deteriorated and damaged.

2. Filter

a. The filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly every time the oil is changed;

b. If the machine tool has related alarm or oil quality is not clean and other filters are abnormal, it should be replaced;

c. The air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, and it is better to replace it every 1 year.

3. Hydraulic components

a. Clean the hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system. Do not use detergent;

b. After the new machine has been used for one month, check whether there is any deformation at the bending part of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After two months of use, fasten the joints of all accessories. Shut down the machine when doing this work, and there is no pressure in the system

The hydraulic bending machine consists of a bracket, a worktable and a clamping plate. The worktable is placed on the bracket. The worktable is composed of a base and a pressing plate. The base is connected with the clamping plate through a hinge. The base is composed of a base shell, a coil and a cover plate. The coil is placed in the depression of the base shell, and the top of the depression is covered with a cover plate.

c. When in use, the coil is electrified by the wire, and after being electrified, the pressing plate is attracted, so as to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base. Due to the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressing plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with side wall can be processed.
